yeah I don't get my hopes up , I don't usually get sad if it's not my month either .. its a timing thing God knows what he wants to do . But I have been having egg white discharge alot , usually I dry up . Also been having mild cramps since ovulation day which was the 15th , I also bd on ovulation day , the day before and after . I guess everyone is different but I dried up as normal after ovulation and only after implantation did cm increase. Implantation usually occurs 6-12 dpo. Until implantation has occurred there are no changes in hormones to cause symptoms. other than regular ovulation and post ovulation symptoms.
It's so hard not to symptom spot, believe me after 11+ years and 2 miscarriages the months I did conceive were those I was 'normal' after ovulation.
This however doesn't mean that I don't have everything crossed for you that this is your time. I would just hate for you to be so sure that this is your month and it not be. the pain of bfn is just too real. Everything crossed for you xx
