I took 100mg clomid cycle days 5-9 and got pregnant with my first but I also went through a specialist, did the trigger shot for ovulation, took progesterone orally 100mg twice a day and had an IUI done.

Can I ask how low your progesterone was? They have me taking the 100 once before bedtime.

I went through a specialist with my first so when they were testing my levels, I was already taking it. My initial test without any was 6.9.  

Oh my gosh this was so helpful! How quickly did it go up? How did your pregnancy go?

Within that month it went up to 26.3 and then 44 the following week and 53 a week later. Stayed around the 40’s mostly. My pregnancy went great. I had a son and he’s now 4 years old. After my son, I had a surprise pregnancy three years later and I ended up miscarrying because I was not on my medication. My progesterone then was 5.4. Four months later I was pregnant with my first daughter. I was already on progesterone as we planned the pregnancy and my levels were at 27. Everything went fine with that pregnancy. I ended up staying on progesterone up to week 20 just in case. I just had my second daughter two months ago. She was a surprise pregnancy and amazingly, my levels were high enough naturally that I did not need any medication at all. My levels were at 22.2 without any medication at about 4 weeks pregnant.

My son was conceived on ovulation day, my first daughter on ovulation day and my second daughter on the first day of my fertile week. So it’s worked twice out of three.
